Operations Manager

Georgia has been an integral part of the Kindikids family since 2004. Her commitment to excellence led her to take on the role of Operations Manager, a position she has held for over a decade. Education Manager

Maria has been a driving force for quality education at Kindikids since joining in 2013. Over the years, she has taken on increasing responsibilities, and today is the Education Manager across Kindikids. With a Bachelor of Education (Birth to 12 years), a passion for education and a deep understanding of child learning trajectories, she has shaped the comprehensive and holistic education program at Kindikids.

Sandra is a values-driven leader with 10+ years’ experience as a Centre Director. She is a NESA-Accredited Teacher whose tenure as an NQF Advisor for ACECQA helped sharpen her expertise in compliance, quality and continuous improvement. Sandra combines deep operational capability with a “back to basics” focus on child-centred practice. Known for her warm, professional presence, Sandra excels at mentoring large teams and building strong family partnerships. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Birth–5) and a Graduate Certificate in Policy & Governance.
