testimonials

“It’s hard to believe that I have been working at Kindikids for over a decade; the same place I attended as a child! I love working with children and watching them grow and develop. It’s with great enjoyment that I get to share in my nephew’s journey as he commences his childcare education here at Kindikids. I get to witness William (my nephew) creating memorable experiences in the same places that my brother and I both did; these memories will last a lifetime.”

“Attending KindiKids as a child, I remember feeling so comfortable and supported by all of my educators whom I adored and who impacted my decision to look into this as a profession once I left school. My best friend at Kindikids is still someone that I am very close with today! Fast forwarding to becoming an educator at KindiKids, I love being able to support the children and give them a sense of comfort the same way that my educators once did for me, it is extremely rewarding watching each child grow throughout their years attending and forming close bonds with the children. I absolutely love the work environment as I have formed many close friendships and relationships with my colleagues along with feeling a huge amount of support from the management team. I feel extremely lucky to be a part of such an amazing company!"

“My kids love coming here, the teachers are warm and caring, the school is clean and has excellent facilities along with a chef that seems to make all the food from scratch that my kids just wont eat at home?!! If they were open 7 days a week, we would be there. Couldn’t recommend this centre any higher!”

“My family and I have been at KindiKids for as long as I can remember. I had my younger brothers and cousins attended the centre back when it was only 3 years old, to now having my own 3 children attend. It even amazes me to see that after all those years a lot of familiar faces are still around. I have watched my children develop amazing social skills and confidence. The educators have created a fun, engaging and interactive environment for the kids! I appreciate the regular updates we get to see through the KindiView app, and my kids even love to sit down and go through the photos of them and their friends and talk about how their day was. We love and thank every team member at Kindikids Early Learning!”

“I attended Kindikids, Centre 3 in 2007. Through my time at Kindikids as a child, the memories that stuck most with me was the chance to watch chicks hatch, marble painting and the friends I met from Kindikids that I still know to this day. Most of all, I remembered my teacher Anna who I met again after 15 years at a Centre 1. To still have my Preschool teacher remember me and my sister from so long ago felt incredibly special. I decided to return back to Kindikids for my career path as I remembered the staff at Kindikids for being warm and welcoming people, not only just towards me when I was a child, but also to my family. The staff at the Edensor Park team have all influenced me in their own and special way and I am eternally grateful. I look forward to continuing working with everyone at Kindikids!"

“Kindikids provided a fun and supportive learning environment where both my children gained and developed lifelong skills and knowledge. Through this they built strong friendships and bonds with both their peers and educators over the course of their time at the centre.”

“My daughter currently attends Kindikids centre 2 and we could not be happier, The staff are so friendly and welcoming always available to greet my daughter on arrival and talk to me on departure about her day. The centre itself is clean and welcoming with designated learning areas and play spaces allowing the children to feel comfortable. The centre app is so handy I’m able to see if my daughter has eaten and slept and what experiences she engaged in throughout the day on my phone so on the drive home I can talk to her about her day and what she enjoyed. Overall an excellent and could not recommend it enough 😃”

“I was enrolled to Kindikids Early Learning Centre from 2004-2005. I enjoyed exploring the environment and making new friends with the children in my classes. At KindiKids I was able to express myself through participating in arts and craft activities and liked when John took me outside to the gardens where he showed me his plants and all the flowers. Fast forward 16 years, I commenced working at Kindikids in 2021, starting as a trainee working towards my Certificate 3. I am now a full-time qualified educator, based in the Preschool Room. I have created great friendships with staff and close relationships with families. I enjoy coming into work every day and helping the children’s development and watching them grow.”

“Kindikids have been part of our lives for the last 15 years. We currently have our fourth child at Centre 2 and can attest to the quality of the centre, its staff, and the results they achieve. I can attest to not only the love and care provided by the staff, but also the professionalism through all interactions. Tina has been amazing as Centre Director, ensuring a wonderful experience for both children and parents. The consistency and quality can be seen through the low turnover of staff, allowing our children to form bonds with the teachers and develop in a safe, caring environment. The preparation our children have received prior to moving to school has been extraordinary, allowing our children to seamlessly move to kindergarten with everything they need to excel at the next stage of their development. I highly recommend the service to anyone looking to give their children the best first steps possible.”

Kindikids is warm, welcoming and inviting, offering the opportunity for children to enhance their skills in a variety of mediums. Open-plan classrooms, natural lighting and ventilation allow learning to be focused and engaging. Natural vertical gardens, manicured landscaping, and edible seasonal vegetable beds provide children with all sensory elements of the natural environment. Age-appropriate climbing equipment, resources and compliant rubber soft fall on outdoor play areas provide ongoing and active challenges.

We pride ourselves on showcasing a high level of hygiene and cleanliness daily! Kindikids engage contract cleaners 5 days a week to clean indoor environments each night. We also have a maintenance and gardening team who further ensure our environments are manicured, clean and safe inside and out. Additionally, our educators clean and disinfect after each mealtime, nappy and toileting session throughout our daily routine.

We are committed to providing a clean and healthy environment for your child and encourage you to ask any questions you may have about our health and hygiene practices. We adhere to strict health and hygiene protocols, including:

Regular handwashing – children and staff must wash their hands frequently throughout the day, especially before meals, after using the bathroom, and after playing outdoors.

Sanitisation – we regularly sanitise surfaces, toys, and equipment to prevent the spread of germs.

Sick child policy – we have a clear sick child policy to ensure that children who are ill are kept home to prevent the spread of infection. We monitor children during the day, should they become unwell in care.

Medication administration – we follow strict procedures to administer medication to children who require it, and ensure we receive parental consent

Training – our staff receive ongoing training in health and hygiene practices to ensure they are equipped to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.

Kindikids maintains a safe, inviting and warm environment for children, families and educators. Each location in the service has key supervision points, both indoor and outdoor environments, to ensure they are effectively monitored and controlled. Kindikids is equipped with security surveillance cameras and operates in adherence to the Workplace Surveillance Act. Our entry and exit doors are secure, including from car parks, and require pass access, each visitor must sign in via the office and our team are attentive to persons entering and leaving the building. The only people who are allowed to pick up your child are those you have provided as authorised contacts who have provided valid identification. Our centres are also monitored by back-to-base emergency security services. All employees hold a current NSW ‘Working with Children’s Check’ throughout their employment.

How many children does each educator care for?

At Kindikids we ensure that educator-to-child ratios are adhered to at all times with no exception. The current ratio requirements under the National Quality Framework are:

0 – 2 years = 1:4
2 – 3 years = 1:5
3 – 5 years = 1:10

We exceed National requirements by having no less than two educators open and close our centres daily. We allocate additional educators across all centres to ensure that each child is provided with the highest quality education and care at all times. Focusing on children’s individual developmental progress achievements, your child’s Primary Educator engages in the planning cycle, observing their ideas/interests, and facilitating their continuity of learning.
